Fixes #531

Summary

  • Updates the test file comments to reference the correct Vercel project names
  • policyengine-app-v2 (serves policyengine.org) replaces policyengine-website references
  • Corrects the path reference from vercel.calculator.json to calculator/vercel.json

Separately, the deprecated policyengine-website project was deleted from Vercel. policyengine-app-v2 is now the only project managing the static portion of the site.

Test plan

  • Verify tests still pass: npm test

From the Vercel dashboard, policyengine.org is not explicitly mapped to the project. We should explicitly add the apex domain. It currently works because Vercel applies a platform-level 307 redirect from the apex domain to www.policyengine.org for unclaimed domains, but this setup is fragile as the redirect is temporary, not canonical, and depends on Vercel’s internal routing behavior, which isn’t guaranteed long-term.

Upon closer look, I see that the apex domain is actually mapped and the 307 redirect is intentional. LGTM - the deprecation is complete.
